Due to state budget issues, the Office of Student Financial Aid will no longer be sending paper notifications for:

               *any other announcements or information requiring mail through the U.S. Postal Service

Per the Financial Aid Terms and Conditions, you’ve agreed to stay informed of all financial aid issues via your AppalNet Account by checking your e-mail, AppalNet announcements, the Official News and Announcements for financial aid in each issue of The Appalachian, and our web site at http://www.financialaid.appstate.edu

Please check our web site financialaid.appstate.edu as well as your ASU email account at least twice a week so that you may stay informed about all matters regarding your financial aid.  The hours of operation of the financial aid office will remain 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.  We are located at 265 John E. Thomas Hall (JET Bldg.) If you have problems accessing your AppalNet Account, please contact Tech Support at 828-262-6266 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
