Return completed forms to the Office of Student Financial Aid.If selected for verification, you will be required to submit a signed copy of your prior year federal tax transcript. If you are a dependent student, we must have a copy of your parents' (who submitted the FAFSA) federal tax transcript in order to complete the verification process. You may request a tax return transcript from the IRS by calling 1-800-829-1040. Important to note that we need the tax return transcript not the tax account transcript. The tax return transcript should be signed by the tax filer and sent to the Office of Student Financial Aid.
