UPDATE: March 19, 2020
The Office of Student Financial Aid remains committed to serving students in every way possible during the COVID-19 national emergency.
As of March 23, the Office of Student Financial Aid is operating remotely.
While we value our on-campus visitors, our office is following CDC and university recommendations to mitigate health risks to students, staff and the community. Our customer service professionals are working remotely and able to assist students and families with all financial aid inquiries. We do not expect any interruptions to service during this time.
You may reach the Office of Student Financial Aid by phone (828-262-2190) and email (firstname.lastname@example.org). We are happy to arrange virtual face-to-face meetings through Zoom. To schedule, please send us an email with your request and we will schedule a time/date and provide a Zoom link for our meeting.
We look forward to continuing to provide excellent service and we appreciate your understanding as we remain flexible during this time!
