2020-2021 Verification

The Office of Student Financial Aid is pleased to announce electronic forms!

The Office of Student Financial Aid is adopting an online verification platform (StudentForms) beginning 2020-2021. This transition will allow you to view and complete your financial aid forms electronically. No more printing and signing then scanning to email, faxing, or mailing documents. The new platform streamlines the verification process from start to finish and increases data security at the same time.

In order to E-Sign your forms, both the student and parent must be eligible and opt-in to E-Sign. If a parent Social Security Number is not entered on the FAFSA, the parent will not be eligible to E-Sign. If one party chooses not to E-Sign, then the student and parent need to add their hand-written signature to the form and upload to StudentForms. Typed signatures are not accepted.

Important Notes:

  • In order to protect your sensitive information, we strongly discourage emailing or faxing verification documents. Please upload your documents through StudentForms.
  • We are accepting E-Signatures when forms are completed through StudentForms.
