The Office of Student Financial Aid is pleased to announce electronic forms!

Beginning in November 2019 we will transition to a fully online platform (StudentForms) for the 2020-2021 academic year. This transition will allow you to view and complete your financial aid forms electronically. No more printing and signing then scanning to email, faxing, or mailing documents. The new platform streamlines the verification process from start to finish and increases data security at the same time.

How to Set up Your Account:

  1. Log into AppalNet and follow the pathway below to access and set up your StudentForms account.
  2. Financial Aid  >  My Eligibility  >  Student Requirements  >  Award Year 2020-2021.
StudentForms is not available for 2019-2020
  3. When you log in for the first time you will be asked to provide personal information (date of birth and social security number) to set up your account and validate your information against your FAFSA.
If the information you enter in Campus Logic does not match your FAFSA, the account will not link.
  • This new, improved platform will allow our office to send you text updates regarding the status of your application.

    • Be sure to provide your mobile phone number and "opt-in" to text communications when you create your account.

  • Electronic signatures are accepted

    • Dependent students and their parents must both agree to sign electronically. If you opt-out of electronic signatures, you will have to print and sign, then upload your signed document into the verification platform. Beginning 2020/2021, we will no longer accept emailed documents. This change is part of our efforts to increase security and protect your private information.
