Summer 2 bills were sent to students on June 3rd. Schedules will be canceled for non-payment on June 22nd. You may save your schedule by completing the Payment Attestation on Touchnet!
When you login to your TouchNet account, you will have the option to attest that you have an apparent source of funding to cover your summer balance. The Payment Attestation will protect your schedule from the cancelation process and give you time to cover your balance.
We highly encourage all students to complete the Payment Attestation Form if financial aid does not fully cover your Summer 2 bill. If you have chosen to enroll in a payment plan for the term, your schedule is automatically preserved.
Please feel free to contact our office if you have questions regarding your financial aid for Summer 2!
We recently notified students if they are not meeting SAP standards.
If you were one of these students and the disruption to the spring semester caused by the COVID pandemic caused you to withdraw, drop classes, or not perform at your best, our office wants to encourage you to appeal. Committees will be taking COVID related issues into heavy consideration and our office recommends that you appeal your status if you were impacted. SAP appeals require several pieces of information, including the extenuating circumstance that caused your current situation. Circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic (including, but not limited to, the illness of a student or family member, compliance with a quarantine period, or a general disruption resulting from such an outbreak) will be considered such an exceptional circumstance. Supporting documentation from a third-party is required and can include documents such as doctor’s notes.
Please review our policy for more information on SAP and how to submit an appeal.
The Office of Student Financial Aid is pleased to announce that electronic forms are now available for 2020-2021!
If you were selected for verification, you no longer need to print, sign, and turn in hard copies of your documentation. With the new StudentForms platform, you will be able to complete most requirements online and sign electronically. We feel very excited about this transition due to the increase in data security and our processing speed. You can find additional information as well as tutorials by going here.
Please note, if you have been selected for verification for 2019-2020, you will complete the process using our current method. Information on 2019-2020 verification can be found here.
